The EGS NX UBUNTU summit at Campus Puebla served as the definitive capstone for the EGS Global Leadership Program, bringing together students from across Mexico to align on a shared mission of social impact. Over three intensive days, participants engaged in service-oriented action and immersive experiences designed to bridge the gap between leadership theory and real-world commitment. As part of the 5th Generation "Dandelions," I focused on strengthening my leadership with purpose, transforming collaborative challenges into tangible social contributions. This experience solidified a dedication to sustainable change and global vision, marking the culmination of a rigorous journey toward becoming a socially conscious leader.
