Since September 2026, I have served as a Consultant and Project Co-Leader at 180 Degrees Consulting, the world's largest university-based consultancy, which provides pro bono strategy consulting to nonprofits and social enterprises. Selected through a competitive process, I work remotely in collaboration with the organization's Peru branch. I currently co-lead the EnMancha project, where we analyze the client's business model and operations to understand its cost structure, demand patterns, and market positioning. Based on this analysis, we are designing a dynamic pricing strategy that aligns pricing with demand, strengthens financial sustainability, and supports the client's social mission.
