Since March 2026, I have served as Initiatives Coordinator at CEIBA, a youth climate initiative within Tec de Monterrey's Ruta Azul sustainability program. I co-designed the yearly structure of its program on environmental wellbeing, defining its two phases, thematic focus, and student participation pathways, including a UNFCCC capacity-building component. Through this component, I trained two student delegations to represent Tec de Monterrey at UNFCCC SB64 and COP31, equipping them with the technical and diplomatic grounding to participate in multilateral sessions. Additionally, I designed the curriculum for the Semana Tec "Emergencia Climática" challenge on Monterrey's air quality, defining five advocacy tracks and evaluating 18 student proposals across two instances.
