Under the supervision of Professor Eder Carrera, I co-designed a 12-week corporate sustainability consulting proposal for AgroNova, a Mexican agribusiness. The proposal aligned the company's strategy with the Sustainable Development Goals, GRI Standards, and ISO 14001 to strengthen its environmental performance and reporting practices. I led the assessment of resource use and machinery operations, identifying areas for efficiency and impact reduction, and designed the ESG monitoring system along with its KPI framework, enabling the company to track progress, ensure accountability, and support continuous improvement in its sustainability commitments.
