Applying the IMBOK (Innovation Management Body of Knowledge) methodology, our team identified and prioritized 33 market trends, which served as the foundation for a four-scenario analysis of how the market could evolve. Building on these scenarios, we delivered a nine-concept innovation portfolio structured across three time horizons, balancing near-term opportunities with long-term strategic bets and prioritizing recurring revenue models to strengthen Corning's resilience amid rapid technological change.
