I improved organizational efficiency by documenting AS-IS processes to streamline resource allocation and workflows, and I created operational manuals for previously undefined processes. I automated investment request reviews for OXXO remodeling projects with Excel Macros and maintained Power BI dashboards integrated with Snowflake and Datameer.
