At Ternium, I analyzed business processes and Enterprise Architecture (EA) to identify operational bottlenecks, and I helped design a TO-BE architecture that aligned technical infrastructure with business goals. Using SAP Signavio and ArchiMate, I developed BPMN models, business capability analyses, and data architecture proposals. We delivered this work through an Agile workflow that ensured iterative value and cross-functional alignment.
